Who I Am and What I Do
I’ve been a professional Holistic Therapist and Beauty Therapist since 2017.
I fell into this line of work through a friend as it was something that I could tailor to work around my little girls. However, as time has gone on, I've grown to have a real passion for promoting self care. My own experience as a full time Mum has really challenged my mental health and over the last few years, I've seen first hand how finding time for yourself is incredibly important. It can be all too easy to put yourself last, behind family, work and even friends. However, if you forget to look after you, all those other things suffer as a consequence. It doesn't have to mean regular expensive treatments, or finding long periods of time to yourself. It can be as simple as a set of nails once a month or a facial every six weeks. My aim is to help you feel good inside and out, providing a safe, confidential and cathartic experience.
